    Mediation and Arbitration: If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree it will be settled through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, taking place in the State of Florida. The arbitrator's decision is final and binding.

    Governing Law: This agreement and any related dispute is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

    Class Action Waiver: Disputes will be resolved individually, not as part of any class, consolidated, or representative proceeding.

    Exceptions: Either party may bring a claim in small claims court if eligible, or seek injunctive relief for infringement or misuse of intellectual property rights.

    16. Changes to Terms
    We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

    17. Miscellaneous

    17.1 Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
